Over the last few months, we've been taking our teams down to our club partner St. Helens College to take part in a cooking competition to see who the best chef at the club is!
In this final episodes we took the best from each squad and pitted them against each other, as they attempted to make a much more complex dish. In the final was: Jodie Cunningham, Tara Jones, Cole Marsh, Dayon Sambou, Jumah Sambou, Alfie Whittle, Matty Foster.
The goal of the competition, while being a bit of fun for our squads, was to teach our players how they could make good food, that was also nutritious, and that food can make up a large part of everything that you need for a healthy diet.
