From The Ground Comes Light – Accessible Parking & Ticket Guidance

For all attendees to the From The Ground Comes Light events on the 4th and 5th November, please be aware of the key ticket and Accessible Parking information below.


For all attendees who have booked tickets for either night, all tickets have been issued solely via the print@home method – meaning you should have received an email confirmation of your booking followed by a second email containing your event tickets, shortly after the completion of your booking.

We advise all attendees to check their junk or spam email folder and if you have not yet received your tickets via this method, you will need to contact the Ticket Office immediately via email – [email protected] or by calling 01744 455052 to ensure you have your tickets in place in advance of the event.

We strongly advise fans to arrive promptly to enjoy the full entertainment programme and to have their event tickets ready on their device or via paper form, before arriving at the stadium site and turnstile entrance.

PLEASE NOTE: The Ticket Office at the Totally Wicked Stadium will be open until 6pm on the evening of both events for ticket related queries.

Saturday 4th November – open 2pm-6pm – Currently tickets are still available for this evening only – you can purchase these in advance here.

Sunday 5th November – open 4pm-6pm – the 5th November event has already fully SOLD OUT. The Ticket Office will be in operation to handle event related queries only, no tickets can be purchased on the evening.


There are a limited number of Accessible car parking spaces available on the stadium site for the events on both nights – Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th November, which will be made available on a strictly first-come-first-served basis using the process detailed below:

Ticket holders for the event need to call the Club’s Ticket Office on 01744 455052, phone lines will open at 9am, Friday 27th October.

Accessible parking can ONLY be obtained via phone, NOT in person.

Parking is priced at £10 per vehicle and only one car parking space can be reserved per person.

The Ticket Office will close to the public between 9am – 10am to fulfil parking orders. For any other St.Helens R.F.C. ticket queries not related to Accessible parking, including purchasing Memberships, the Ticket Office will be fully operational from 10:00am onwards on the 27th October.

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone who applies for an Accessible Parking space, must present both their valid blue badge and a valid event ticket to the car park steward on arrival to our car parking attendants. The name on the blue badge must match the name registered with us for the Accessible Parking space. Failure to show all three of the above will mean parking access is revoked and no refund issued.

No other parking will be available on the stadium site itself, however additional parking provision in the Town Centre will be available, more info on this can be found via the Local Authority’s parking website here.
