St.Helens are thrilled to confirm local healthy food delivery service NutraPreps will continue as the official meal prep partner for the Saints’ First Team, and become our Women’s team’s official meal prep partner for the 2024 season too!
NutraPreps was first established as a business in 2021, priding itself on sourcing local ingredients and providing sustainable, healthy, and high-quality food options.
The food prep company allows customers to choose their plan and number of meals, cooks them fresh to a restaurant standard, and delivers the meals straight to your door! Allowing customers to enjoy delicious, healthy food to help achieve health or fitness goals.
As the official meal prep partner for St.Helen’s First Team, NutraPreps can work with our coaching staff to ensure bespoke macros are met for our players, furthermore protein snack pots will keep energies up, with smoothies and desserts also providing refreshment.
Head of Strength & Conditioning at St Helens R.F.C. Matt Daniels thanked NutraPreps for their support and said: “Our relationship with the team at NutraPreps continues to get stronger, and we’re delighted to keep working together into the 2024 season.
