With the Betfred Super League season right around the corner, St.Helens are hosting Salford Red Devils in a Pre-Season Friendly!
Paul Wellens’ Saints begin the new campaign on Friday, 16th February at home to London Broncos, so today’s fixture against Salford will be ideal preparation ahead of the big kick-off.
Matches between the Red V and the Red Devils have been exciting affairs with the two sides meeting in the Grand Final back in 2019. St.Helens and Salford met twice in 2023, with Wellens’ men victorious in both home and away games, the away fixture was a memorable one as Saints overturned a 15-0 scoreline at half time to win 15-18.
