Matty Smith has named his 21-woman squad for Saturday's clash with London Broncos at the Totally Wicked Stadium!
Saints will host the Broncos on Saturday afternoon at the Totally Wicked Stadium, with kick off set for 3pm. The game will not be broadcasted live on television, so the only way to watch the game live is to be there. You can purchase tickets online here
Saints could hand a debut to Beri Salihi this weekend, who has been named in the Saints 21 for the first time. Elsewhere, England Internationals Tara Jones, Paige Travis, Emily Rudge and Jodie Cunningham return to the 21, whilst Faye Gaskin and Chantelle Crowl could also be involved, having not featured in our pre-season contest against Huddersfield.
Saints travelled to the Capital to face the Broncos in the 2023 Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup, beating them 0-76 before returning to London four months later to win the Challenge Cup at Wembley.
The game will be the first time that our women’s squad will receive match payments. The big news was announced last Wednesday (6th March 2024), as we hosted a Media Day at the Totally Wicked Stadium. You can find out more information here
