Women’s Challenge Cup Semi-Final details confirmed

St.Helens Women now know all of the details that they need to know ahead of next month's Betfred Challenge Cup Semi-Final!

Saints will face York Valkyrie at Doncaster’s Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday 18th May. Kick off is set for 11:15am and it will be shown live on the BBC iPlayer.

The men’s clash between Hull KR and Wigan Warriors will follow the clash, as part of the double header in Yorkshire.

It is the second consecutive year that the two sides will face each other in the competition, with Faye Gaskin’s last minute drop goal in 2023 sending Saints to Wembley, winning the game 17-16.

RL Commercial Managing Director, Rhodri Jones, said: Congratulations to all eight sides on reaching the semi-finals – and on the manner in which they have done so. The quality of rugby over the weekend was outstanding, eight teams are now just one step away from Betfred Challenge Cup Finals Day and every supporter attending every semi-final will go with realistic expectations of seeing their side walk out at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 8th June.

“I would also like to thank our partners at Doncaster and St Helens for hosting these matches. A number of semi-final venue options were explored, based on the multiple semi-final permutations, with stadium availability and the participating clubs the determining factors.”
