Our Women’s Academy kick-off all the action mid-week, then on Thursday night we have a Double Header at the Totally Wicked Stadium with both our Under 18s and First Team hosting Huddersfield Giants! The final game of the week sees St.Helens Women also hostubg the Giants at our home ground!

WEDNESDAY
Women’s Academy vs Warrington Wolves (A)
Our developing Women’s players in our Under 19s Academy will play their opening fixture of the 2024 season on Wednesday night, as they travel to Warrington Wolves. With a number of our senior Women’s squad fitting the age bracket, they could feature in the midweek match.

THURSDAY
Academy vs Huddersfield Giants (H)
Derek Traynor’s Under 18s St Helens side will be the first part of our Double Header at the Totally Wicked Stadium on Thursday night, offering plenty of supporters the chance to come down early to see the next generation of talent for the Red V!
Our developing young male players have two wins and one very narrow loss to their record in the Academy Championship season so far. Last time out the Saints Academy visited Warrington Wolves at Victoria Park and beat them 12-26, so Thursday night offers the chance to have back-to-back wins if we get the result over the Giants.

First Team vs Huddersfield Giants (H)
For the first time this year, the First Team Saints are in action on a Thursday night in what should be an enthralling game!
After a good 58-0 victory over Hull FC last Friday night, Paul Wellens’ men are looking to build momentum with back-to-back victories in the Betfred Super League, and keep up pace at the top of the table.
The Giants are in fine form, heading into this fixture with a five-match winning run in both the league and the Challenge Cup, and they will be extra motivated to perform after suffering a 0-28 home loss to St.Helens earlier in the campaign.

SUNDAY
Women vs Huddersfield Giants (H)
Saints Women will play at the Totally Wicked Stadium for the first time in 2024 on Sunday!
Following last week’s close 20-16 away defeat at York, they will be looking to get their first points of the season this weekend against Huddersfield Giants.
Matty Smith’s side have already beaten the Giants 74-0 in the Betfred Challenge Cup less than two weeks ago and will be looking to notched another win over the West Yorkshire side. Turnstiles for this fixture on Sunday will open just after 1pm.
