Matty Smith has named his 21-woman squad for Sunday's Betfred Women's Super League home opener against Huddersfield Giants!
Saints will host the Giants at the Totally Wicked Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Kick off is at 2pm and you can purchase tickets for the fixture online here. Saints suffered a late 20-16 defeat to York Valkyrie last weekend in the Betfred Women’s Super League opener, having fought back well to recover a 12-0 half-time deficit to lead 12-14 late on. Carrie Roberts scored with two minutes to go to snatch the two points away from the Red V.
There are two changes to Smith’s 21-woman squad this week. Chantelle Crowl drops out as she serves a one game suspension, with Rachael Woosey out injured. Luci McColm and Erin McDonald take their spots in the 21.
