Go behind the scenes of our double header Friday as our women's team and first team were in Super League action.
First up, our women’s side took on the Wigan Warriors in their first derby of the season. Wigan have been flying high this season in the Women’s Super League, and were looking for what would have been their biggest scalp of the season.
We were looking to maintain our form and regain some ground on the leaders of the table, while also keeping an eye on our upcoming Wembley appearance.
Then, our first team took to the field, up against what has been a bogey side for us in recent times, looking for our first win in five against the Catalans Dragons.
With a number of injury worries for us, it would be a tough ask as we were lacking a lot of size on the bench, but the return of Agnatius Paasi was a big bonus following his extended injury layoff.
Catalans however also came into the game with a number of injury problems, and so would be looking to overcome that, and get back in the win column following a loss to the Warrington Wolves last time out.
