Three of our St.Helens sides are in match action this week, all on the road with two making the trip down to the capital!
We start on Wednesday with our Under 16s Scholarship heading east on the M62 to face Hull FC, then on Sunday both our Reserves and the First Team are taking on London Broncos.
See all the key information for each match below.
WEDNESDAY
Scholarship vs Hull FC (A)
Our Under 16s go to take on the Black & Whites as they enter the second half of the Scholars 2024 season. So far in their opening four matches they have been narrowly beaten by Wigan, Warrington and Hull KR, but have beaten Castleford Tigers.
With this match against Hull FC, our youngest Saints side will also have matches against Leeds Rhinos, Huddersfield Giants and then close the campaign at home against Wakefield Trinity at the end of July.
- Wednesday, 12th June
- Kick-off at 7:30pm
- University of Hull, HU6 7RX
- Match entry is £5 for Adults – £3 for Juniors (Cash only)
SUNDAY
Reserves vs London Broncos (A) [Rosslyn Park]
Derek Hardman’s Saints are on a winning run of four matches now with a clinical and dominant performance over Bradford Bulls a fortnight ago, running out 68-12 winners in the end. It came on the back of wins over Castleford away, and bruising battles at home against Hull FC and Wakefield.
Heading into this round of fixtures, Saints Reserves sit second in the Reserves League table with a game in hand too to play.
- Sunday, 16th June
- Kick-off at 12:30pm
- Rosslyn Park FC, SW15 5JH
- Match entry is believed to be free
First Team vs London Broncos [Twickenham Stoop]
Paul Wellens men sit at the top of Betfred Super League heading into Round 14 and on a winning run of three matches following a 24-12 bruising battle against Catalans Dragons at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
London, who sit bottom of the league table, will be highly motivated for a number of reasons for this fixture.
London’s final match at the home of Harlequins Rugby Union was back in August of 2013, and now in 2024 it is an exciting fixture to look forward to as the Broncos and the Saints take to The Stoop for league action. The Broncos will be out for a slice of revenge too, as they have already suffered defeat at the hands of the Saints this season, on opening night the Red V ran riot to win 40-4.
- Sunday, 16th June
- Kick-off at 3pm
- Twickenham Stoop Stadium, TW2 7SX
