The Liverpool John Lennon Airport Crossbar Challenge has been completed for the third time this season, and this time it was BIG prize!
At our most recent home game, we welcomed Adam Rayer to our newly laid Totally Wicked Stadium pitch, to have a shot at the 2024 Liverpool John Lennon Airport Crossbar Challenge, with the prize this time being tickets to New York with PLAY!
Following his first two kicks, it looked like the Crossbar Challenge was set to go unbeaten again, but with his final kick and unconventional form, Adam leathered the ball towards the sticks, and right into the crossbar!
Icelandic airline PLAY resume their Liverpool-Reykjavik service in September, with onward connections via Reykjavik to a host of North American cities including Toronto, Boston, Washington DC, Baltimore and New York City.
