Amanda Wilkinson has also named her 21-woman squad for Sunday’s game at the Northern Competitions Stadium…
The Raiders
This is the first meeting between the two sides since Saints won 0-68 in Cumbria back in the 2022 Challenge Cup winning season.
The Cumbrian outfit currently sit second bottom of the Betfred Women’s Super League table, but their performances suggest Saints are in for a tough contest tomorrow afternoon.
Despite trailing 0-28 at the break against York Valkyrie in April, a promising second half performance saw them keep the reigning BWSL Champions pointless in the second half, with Claire Hutchinson crossing twice. Another tight contest followed against another high flying side in Leeds Rhinos on the 21st July, but eventually they were beaten 10-28.
Their two victories in the league have came against Featherstone Rovers and Huddersfield Giants.
