St.Helens go to the home of the Wolves on Saturday afternoon (7th September), with kick-off at the Halliwell Jones Stadium scheduled for 3pm.
Paul Wellens’ Saints picked up a much-needed victory last Sunday afternoon against Huddersfield as we look to consolidate our spot in the top six of the Betfred Super League table. The race for the play-offs is tight with teams fighting to get into the post-regular-season mix.
Still shorn of a number of senior Saints, the win over the Giants returned the Red V to winning form with three regular rounds of the campaign to go. Youngsters such as Jonny Vaughan and Harry Robertson, who grabbed his first senior score last time out, have been gaining valuable match experience.
It will be the third meeting of the 2024 season between Saints and Warrington, firstly back in April the Wolves knocked St.Helens out of the Challenge Cup, and then in July the Wire won our home Super League fixture.
So Saturday’s fixture offers the opportunity to make it back-to-back wins, keep pushing to cement our place in the play-0ffs, and get a small bit of revenge against the Wolves. The Red V will be heading to the Halliwell Jones Stadium looking to keep a good run of form against the Wolves at their home as we have won the last four away days on their turf.

Ahead of the First Team match our Women’s team are at Victoria Park in Warrington, also taking on the Wolves at 12pm. Should Matty Smith’s Saints be successful in the game it would ensure a top of the table finish to the regular Betfred Women’s Super League season and the League Leader’s Shield!

Tickets are available to purchase online here, via the Ticket Office or over the phone on 01744 455052. Saints’ tickets sold through the Club will be coming off sale at: 5pm on Friday, 6th September.
Any Saints match tickets that have chosen to be collected from the Saints Ticket Office that have not been collected by 1pm on Saturday, 7th September will need to be collected from Warrington Wolves’ Ticket Office on gameday.
Junior Members can access £5 tickets for all away games, subject to availability (2024 Members will need to login to purchase)

Travel is priced at £16 for 2024 Members and £17 for Non-Members, the bus will depart the Totally Wicked Stadium at 1:30pm on Saturday, 7th September.
