In a season where we were only beaten twice, and have averaged just one try conceded per game, we would be looking to make that count as we headed into knockout rugby league with a home fixture against the Wigan Warriors in the Women’s Super League Semi – Final.
With a run of wins stretching back to the end of May, we would be hoping to make that momentum count, and claim a home Grand-Final against the already confirmed York Valkyrie.
Wigan would come into the game off the back of back to back losses in the league, but against two of the strongest sides in Leeds and York. They would be looking to cause an upset, and continue to cement themselves as one of the teams to watch going forward, by progressing through to their first final since their Grand Final victory in 2018.
