It's time for you to vote for your men's try of the season for 2024, and we've picked four of the best Try of the Month winners for you to pick from!
Jon Bennison up first to finish off a fine team try early in the season as we broke through the line with Jake Wingfield and Jack Welsby, and spread the ball to Tommy Makinson through the middle, he gave it to Lewis Dodd who spread it wide Jon Bennison on the wing to run in and score!
Tommy Makinson up next for his derby day heroics. A fine kick from Lewis Dodd to the wing saw Tommy jump highest, outdoing Jai Field, and touching down to give us the lead with lees than eight minutes on the clock!
Jack Welsby is the third option for his outstanding try against the Leeds Rhinos at home. Another big kick from Lewis Dodd that hung in the air, and Jack climbed highest to claim the ball and touch down for the try!
Finally, this Lewis Dodd effort against the London Broncos. A nice scoot from Daryl Clark who found Moses Mbye, a dummy then set him through the line. A good cover tackle saw him feed the ball to Sione Mata’utia who marauded towards the line and played the ball late to Lewis Dodd to cross the line for a fantastic team try!
