Closing out the third full week of Pre-Season 2025, the Saints participated in a hard-worked gym session at our Training Facility at Cowley.
Kyle Feldt brought the curtain down on his first week as a St.Helens player alongside his new teammates with plenty of weights being lifted with our Head of Performance Matty Daniels taking lead.
It was a week of stepping up intesnity, battling the elements on field with Storm Darragh, and further cementing bonds as a team ahead of Betfred Super League 2025.
