Our Scholarship players held their last, hard-worked training session ahead of Christmas, and as is tradition they get dressed up for the occasion!
At the Saints’ Training Facility at Cowley, our Under 16s and Under 15s got dressed up in festive attire with some very bold choices of outfits for a wet, cold and windy night!
For the fifteens group, it was their first experience of this Christmas tradition following them joining the Club earlier this year – read more on that here.
Whilst there was fun with the outfits and in some of the drills, the focus remained on finishing the year in a positive and determined manner, with the 2025 Scholarship season firmly in the thought.
Our Scholarship coaches are developing these young men into not only better players on the field, but better young men off it, with this week also featuring a social media workshop, as well as the usual nutrition informative lessons provided in our youth programme.
The fixtures for the 2025 Scholarship season, along with our Under 18s Academy and the Saints Reserves are to be confirmed in due course.
We are excited and look forward to seeing all our developing young talent keep working hard in Pre-Season, and then taking to the field in the famous Red V kit.
