As the anticipation builds for the 2025 Betfred Super League season, members of the Saints First Team squad went to visit club partner Liverpool John Lennon Airport for our annual Media Day!
Liverpool John Lennon Airport kindly hosted the Saints and the assembled media for a memorable press junket.
With the iconic Tom Murphy statue of John Lennon serving as the centre piece of the event at the airport, a selection of our star players all looked ahead excitedly to the new campaign, which starts in just a couple of weeks.

The Saints are thrilled to confirm that Liverpool John Lennon Airport’s ongoing partnership with the Club will go into its third season!
LJLA has also increased their support of St.Helens in 2025, and we’re delighted to be working with the back-to-back winners of the UK’s #1 airport award as chosen by Which?.
Ahead of the media event, our Saints players were given a unique opportunity to visit aircraft located near the main terminal of the airport. They even got the chance to sit in a small private aircraft too, thanks to Ravenair who went above and beyond to create some one-of-a-kind press photos with our Saints.

Thank you Ravenair for hosting our Saints at their facility!
New recruits for 2025 Kyle Fedlt and Tristan Sailor fittingly came through the ‘Arrivals’ doors of the airport before interviews with journalists. Whilst Morgan Knowles and Konrad Hurrell go to see first-hand what it is like working the check-in desk at an airport.
Supporters will see catch up interviews with Morgan Knowles and Konrad Hurrell very soon on Saints TV from our 2025 Media Day.

Once again, the Club thanks Liverpool John Lennon Airport for hosting the Saints, and we look forward to continuing to work with Merseyside’s airport in the year ahead!
Take a look at a brilliant gallery of images from the day, from our Club Photographer Bernard Platt.
