Last Week, Our Reserves, Academy & Scholarship teams were joined by Commando Chef Mike Beaton
As our Pre-Season continues for the sides, joining us at the Totally Wicked Stadium was Ex-Marine Chef Mike Beaton.
Having been a part of the Marines for 34 years, Mike has served for the Marines in multiple different countries, and now uses his experiences within the Marines to educate through cooking.
Passionate about nutrition and its values to those who need to fuel their body to achieve maximum performance in their field of work, Mike taught our teams how to cook a nutritious meal, whilst working in a team.
Up first were our Scholars who joined Mike at the Totally Wicked Stadium on Monday, followed by our Reserves and Academy on the Tuesday, ahead of their clash with the British Army 1st XIII in the Capital Challenge!
A massive thank you to Mike for coming down and showcasing his amazing career so far with the Marines, along with teaching our lads all about the importance of fuelling their bodies.
