Matt Whitley has been charged by the Match Review Panel following last Sunday afternoon's Betfred Super League Round 16 fixture against Salford Red Devils.
The Saints’ back-rower has been issued 1 Penalty Point for a Grade A ‘Late contact on passer’ offence during the fixture, and means his total Penalty Points tally from the last twelve months is now logged at 2 Points.
There is no further sanction to the charge.
Charges are under the new on-field sentencing guidelines which have been introduced for 2025.
