Jonny Lomax and Agnatius Paasi have been charged by the Match Review Panel following last Friday night's Betfred Super League Round 18 fixture against Leeds Rhinos.
The Saints captain was given 1 Penalty Point for a Grade A ‘Dangerous Throw/Lift’ offence from the fixture against the Rhinos, and takes his total Penalty Points tally for the previous 12 months to 1 point. There is no further sanction.
Prop forward Paasi received a yellow card during the match against Leeds and has now been issued 3 Penalty Points for a Grade B ‘Head Contact’ charge, and as a result he has been issued a fine too. Paasi’s total Penalty Points tally from the previous 12 months is now at 3 points.
Charges are under the new on-field sentencing guidelines which have been introduced for 2025.
