A marvellous Member Open Day 2025

It is one of the most exciting non-matchdays in the season, as we open our home ground’s doors to our fantastic loyal Members during the school summer holidays. The day itself allows supporters the chance to watch closely a First Team training session day, and then of course meet our Saints players from both the First and Women’s teams face-to-face!

The Saints team took to the field in preparation of this coming Friday night’s Betfred Super League clash with Castleford Tigers. The hour on the pitch was followed by a weights programme at the mouth of the tunnel, something usually reserved for the Red V’s gym at our Training Facility at Cowley.

Former Saint Mike Bennett was our host for the event, and kept those in attendance informed of what each drill was, and why it was important. Mike also spoke to members of our Coaching Staff and Women’s team during the field session, getting their knowledge and insight.

Away from the pitch on the North Stand concourse there was plenty of activities for all ages too with Inflatables, Face Painting, and interactivity with special characters such as Micky Mouse, Woody & Jesse from Toy Story, and Lilo & Stich all joined our Club Mascot – Boots! Fans also got the chance to have their photo taken with our official replica trophies of our ten Super League titles.

Once the Saints players finished their training and weights work, every one of them went around the Totally Wicked Stadium’s pitch perimeter where every side was full of supporters excited to meet them!

Fans got to get items signed, have photos and interact directly with the Saints to finish off what was a wonderful occasion.

To all supporters who came to join our Member Open Day, the Club thanks you and we hope you’ll be joining us again on Friday night for our home game against Castleford Tigers!
