St.Helens Head Coach Paul Wellens has confirmed his 21-man squad that will welcome Castleford Tigers to the Totally Wicked Stadium this Friday, 19th September 2025.

The Final Charge reaches its end with the Play-Offs to begin next week, and the Saints know that they will finish in fifth place and will need to win two games at away grounds if they are to reach Old Trafford and the Grand Final.
Paul Wellens’ men are looking to get back to winning ways and get a third win over Castleford this season after victories at The Onebore Stadium in February and at the Totally Wicked Stadium in August.
This match is also our annual Tribute Game, where we will celebrate the lives of those we have sadly lost in the past year.
Following full time, we encourage supporters to stick around to share a moment with our departing Saints, and for the annual team and staff photo in front of the West Stand.

Paul Wellens makes seven changes to the squad he named for last week’s match against Leigh Leopards.
Morgan Knowles is back available for selection after following HIA return to play protocols and further advice, and he is joined by Lewis Murphy and Noah Stephens who are returning from injuries.
Young Saints Will Roberts, Leon Cowen, Jake Davies, and Cole Marsh are included in the squad. New Saint on loan Shane Wright holds his place from last week’s 21-man squad.
If Roberts, Davies, Marsh or Wright are selected to play on Friday night, they would make their official St.Helens debuts.
