St.Helens R.F.C. was saddened to learn about the passing of former Liverpool FC Women's manager Matt Beard last weekend.
The thoughts of all at the Club are with Matt’s family, friends, and all involved at LFC at this devastating time.
Liverpool Women have called the St Helens Stadium their home since August 2024, and Matt was the first manager of the team since moving to join our ground.
A tribute from St.Helens will be placed in LFC Women’s changing room at the stadium.
Rest in peace, Matt.
