It was down to the final four, with a spot in the Grand Final at Old Trafford up for grabs, our Saints were going to the home of the League Leaders' Shield winners - Hull KR.
The Robins went into this match on the back of a week off, by finishing top of the table at the end of the regular season. The Saints were coming into the game following a dramatic finish against Leeds which saw the Red V snatch a win after the final hooter went.
It made for a fiery atmosphere, with one team’s season to go to the final week, whilst the other would finish their campaign for 2025.
