From The Ground Comes Light – Event Spectator Guide

For all attendees to the From The Ground Comes Light event on Wednesday, 5th November 2025, please be aware of the key event info below in advance of your attendance.

ENTERTAINMENT

Gates open from 5:30pm from which the stadium concourses will host inflatables, character mascots, mini disco, party games and face painting, followed by a schedule of live pitch entertainment including live music from 6:15pm. This will then be followed by a spectacular firework and laser light display.

EVENT RUNNING ORDER:

4pm – Silcock’s small children’s funfair, opposite the Keiron Cunningham statue

5pm – 7pm – Red Vee Bar open with DJ Earl Raff

5.30pm – Gates and Hospitality Open

5.30pm – Concourse entertainment, face painting, character mascots, inflatables, food and drink available on the concourse.

6.15pm – Bradley Johnson

6.30pm – Saints Angels

6:45pm – Chris Trigg

7.05pm – Olivia Parr

7.25pm – Nicola Lynch

7.40pm – Fireworks & Laser Light Show

8.00pm – Exit Stadium

9.00pm Silcock’s Close

FOOD & DRINK

We have an extensive food and drink offering available inside the venue including:

Karalius’ & Murphy’s Bar Kiosks:

Food – Rollover Hotdogs, Burgers & Sausage Rolls, local favourite Cottoms Steak Pies & Hotpots, Popcorn, Candy Floss and a selection of crisps and confectionary.

DrinkA variety of alcoholic drinks, Stowford Press Cider and wine are all available, in addition to soft drinks and tea, coffee & hot chocolate.

There will also be two mobile units inside the stadium concourses selling doughnuts and soft drinks as well as LED toys.

SENSORY NOOK

Should you feel overwhelmed at all during the event and need time out, our ‘Sensory Nook’ is available for you to relax away from the crowd. Please look for staff from ‘The Autism Wellbeing’ project who will be clearly identifiable in high visibility coats who will direct you to it’s location.

IMPORTANT TICKET REMINDER

For all attendees who have booked tickets they will be issued solely via the print@home method – you should have received an email containing your event tickets, shortly after the completion of your booking.

We advise all attendees to check their junk or spam email folder and if you have not yet received your tickets via this method, you will need to contact the Ticket Office immediately via email – [email protected] or by calling 01744 455052 to ensure you have your tickets in place in advance of the event.

We strongly advise fans to arrive promptly to enjoy the full entertainment programme and to have their event tickets ready on their device or via paper form, before arriving at the stadium site and turnstile entrance. Please have your ticket ready for scanning at the turnstile reader on entry.

PLEASE NOTE: The Ticket Office at the BrewDog Stadium will be open from 9am until 7:30pm on the evening for ticket related queries.

CAN I STILL BUY TICKETS?

The Ticket Office will be open on the day of the event 9am to 7:30pm.

KEY EVENT INFO

CASHLESS 

The BrewDog Stadium is fully cashless, only card or contactless payments are available on all kiosks and units.

ALLOCATED SEATING 
Please be aware that the event is fully allocated and all attendees MUST sit in the seat printed on their tickets. Stewards will be on-hand to ensure attendees are seated in the correct areas.

SECURITY/BAG CHECKS

Club stewards will search bags and individuals on entry to the stadium. Only bags of A5 size or smaller are permitted in the stadium, other than those which are for certified medical reasons which will still be searched and tagged. This is for everyone’s safety, and we ask that you remain patient and co-operate with our staff. Abuse towards our staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

It is strongly recommended that you do not bring a bag to the stadium if possible. Any bags that are not permitted entry to the stadium can be left at our bad drop facility in the RedV Café bar. 

PROHBITED ITEMS
No food and drink can be brought into the stadium. Any prohibited items will be taken and stored in the RedV Café bar to be collected on exit from the stadium at the end of the event. Prohibited items include:

  • Sparklers
  • Bags which are larger than A5 (small handbag) in size.
  • Umbrellas
  • Any item that could be used as a weapon or compromise safety
  • Airhorns or other loud instruments
  • Fireworks, flares, and smoke cannisters
  • Laser devices
  • Professional photography equipment
  • Drones
  • Disposable vapes

PRAMS, BUGGIES & MOBILITY SCOOTERS
Both will be accommodated and tagged. There will be ‘cloakroom’ style ticket with which to retrieve your item. Please note items are left at the owner’s risk.

SMOKING/VAPING
The BrewDog Stadium does not allow smoking, however vaping via reusable vapes is currently allowed.

NO RE-ENTRY
The stadium will be operating a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue you cannot exit and re-enter. This ticket is sold subject to the T&C’s and Ground Regulations of the BrewDog Stadium.

TURSTILE CLOSE
Stadium turnstiles will close at 7:30pm, with no entry to the event after this time.

SAFEGUARDING 
Lost/Missing/Vulnerable persons will be taken to the Red V Café situated within the South Stand near to main reception.

GETTING TO THE STADIUM

The BrewDog Stadium is easily accessible from both the M62 (Junction 7) and M6 (Junction 24).

From the M62 follow the A570 (St Helens Linkway) and from the M6 follow the A580. You will see signs to for The Stadium or a Rugby ball.

Use the postcode WA9 3AL for Sat Nav.

By Train
The nearest train station is St Helens Central, (less than a 15-minute walk from the Stadium), with frequent services running to and from Liverpool, Street, Wigan, and Preston. For the Manchester/Liverpool line please use Lea Green Station which is less than two miles away from the Stadium. On the main line London/Glasgow the nearest stations are Warrington Bank Quay and Wigan Northwestern which are both approximately nine miles from the Stadium. By Bus
Visitors can travel to Peasley Cross Lane using the below routes which stop directly outside the stadium. For journey times please call 0151 330 1000 or the Arriva website.
17 (Widnes – St Helens), 28 (St Helens Circular), 30 (Chain Lane – St Helens – Sutton Manor), 32 (Clinkham Wood – St Helens – Sutton Manor), 32A (Clinkham Wood – St Helens – Clock Face), 35 (Gillars Green – St Helens – St Helens Junction).

Parking
Please note there is NO parking is available at the Stadium, with the exception of disabled patrons. This must be booked in advance. Proof of eligibility and identification must be shown on entry to the car park. Please make use of the Local Authority Car Parks which will be open in and the Town Centre free of charge.

Town Centre Parking
Due to Town Centre regeneration members of the public should be aware that.
• St Mary’s MSCP remains closed indefinitely.
• Hardshaw Centre CP has now been demolished.
• Tontine MSCP will not remain open during the display. NB. There is no access to the lifts after 6pm
All surface car parks will be open, with standard charges in effect. Fees end at 6:00 PM, the cost will be £1.10 for parking between 5:00 and 6pm in both surface car parks and pay-and-display bays.
