St.Helens Head Coach Paul Rowley has named his 21-man St.Helens squad for our first home match of the 2026 Betfred Super League season against Leigh Leopards.
The match kicks off at 8pm on Friday, 20th February at the BrewDog Stadium.
Rowley’s Saints are brimming with energy and determination. They’ll be performing strongly in front of our passionate supporters and aiming for their first Super League win of the season after a disappointing away defeat to Warrington last week.
Adrian Lam’s Leopards are embarking on their first league road trip this year. They secured a commanding 26-14 victory against Leeds Rhinos in Round 1.
Recent matches between Saints and Leigh have been incredibly physical and explosive, and supporters can expect a similar intensity on Friday night.
Our renowned light show featuring pyrotechnics and effects will set the stage for a fiery fixture! Live music and other exciting plans will create an electrifying atmosphere as we prepare for our first home match of the new campaign.

SQUAD NEWS
Coach Rowley makes just one change to the 21-man squad he named for Round 1, following the injury suffered by Jack Welsby in that match at Warrington.
Welsby is expected to miss around four months of action due to a shoulder dislocation, which will require surgery.
Curtis Sironen is back in the 21-man squad for the first time in the 2026 season, adding further options to the Red V pack.

As part of an incredible gameday experience at the BrewDog Stadium, our fan-led phone lightshow, which first debuted last season and fans lead the way by using their smartphones to create a spectacular display.
Following a few easy steps below in advance of the fixture, music played inside the stadium will trigger the flash on your phone camera in unison with other fans to create an incredible spectacle, of which you can be part!
‘LEFT TO WRIGHT’ ACADEMY TOUR RAFFLE
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a unique raffle in support of our ASW Academy Tour of Australia 2026. The prize is a unique framed, match-worn shirt from one of the club’s finest moments – “Left to Wright.” The shirt was worn in this exact historic moment and signed by every player involved in the miracle play, along with a selection of photographs.
Between Friday 13th February until midday on Thursday 19th February, raffle tickets must be purchased online only via www.saintssuperstore.com. Tickets are priced at 3 for £10. Each online entry will be converted into paper raffle tickets in your name and added to the physical tickets sold on the evening of the game.
No paper tickets will be sent out, however tickets will also be available to purchase on the night before kick-off (cash or card accepted) around the BrewDog Stadium.
