Joe Shorrocks and David Klemmer have been charged by the Match Review Panel following last Saturday evening's Betfred Super League match against Bradford Bulls.
Shorrocks has been issued a Grade D ‘Dangerous Contact’ charge and 12 Penalty Points, resulting in a two-match penalty notice. This means that the Saints’ forward will be unavailable for this Saturday’s Challenge Cup tie against Castleford Tigers and the Super League match against Toulouse Olympique the following Friday.
David Klemmer has been issued a Grade B ‘Head Contact’ charge and 3 Penalty Points which results in a fine.
Charges are under the on-field sentencing guidelines for 2026.
