Highlights of St.Helens Women's first match of the Betfred Women's Super League 2026, an away visit to Barrow Raiders Ladies at the Speed Competitions Stadium.
Fresh off the back of booking their place in a sixth consecutive Challenge Cup Final, and a fourth trip to Wembley in a row, the Saints Women were looking to make a positive start to the league campaign and build momentum for the big game at the national stadium in two weeks.
The Saints went to Barrow in strong form, with a four-match winning run in the Cup competition following Group Stage wins over Huddersfield and Catalans, followed by knockout wins over Barrow and Leeds in the quarter and semi-final stages respectively.
