Jackson Hastings, Jack Welsby and Matt Whitley have been charged by the Match Review Panel following last Saturday afternoon's Betfred Super League match against Castleford Tigers.
Hastings has been issued a Grade D ‘Dangerous Throw/Lift’ and 12 Penalty Points, resulting in a two-match penalty notice. This means that the Saints’ halfback will be unavailable for selection for the next two upcoming Super League matches which at Leeds Rhinos away on Thursday, 4th June, and Warrington Wolves at home on Thursday, 11th June.
Jack Welsby received a Grade C ‘Striking’ charge and 5 Penalty Points which was resulted in a fine.
Matt Whitley was issued a Grade B ‘Dangerous Contact’ charge and 3 Penalty Points alongside a fine.
Charges are under the on-field sentencing guidelines for 2026.
