Saints squad for Huddersfield at home

St.Helens Head Coach Paul Rowley has confirmed his 21-man St.Helens squad that will face Huddersfield Giants on Sunday, 21st June 2026 (Father's Day), with a double header of action as the Women's team take on Leeds Rhinos too.

St.Helens First Team 21-man squad announcements are sponsored by R Whittle Ltd.

It’s a special Father’s Day double header, and it kicks off at the BrewDog Stadium for the Betfred Women’s Super League clash between Saints and Leeds at 12pm. The Men’s Betfred Super League fixture between St.Helens and Huddersfield will then start at 3pm.

Having suffered their first home loss of the season to Warrington Wolves, the Saints Men are determined to respond in front of their home supporters and regain winning form.

The Giants are searching for form after a seven-game losing streak and currently sit at the bottom of the league table. However, Saints won’t be complacent after their hard-fought 26-18 victory at the Accu Stadium last month.

With two crucial league points on the line as the second half begins, Saints are determined to deliver a performance worthy of the occasion and leave their supporters smiling this Father’s Day.

📰 SQUAD NEWS

Coach Rowley makes four changes to the squad he named for Round 14’s match against the Wolves.

Harry Robertson returns to the selection after being stood down due to a slight quad issue last week. Nene Macdonald could return to action for the first time since the 1st of May when we hosted York Knights. It is also a welcome sight to see back-rower Jacob Host back in the mix after his broken leg injury, which he suffered back at the start of March.

Jackson Hastings is also now available following his two-match penalty notice being served.

The Saints stepping out of the squad are: Kyle Feldt, following his mutual release; Deon Cross, who this week has undergone bicep surgery following an injury; Jonny Lomax, who sadly fractured his jaw in the match against Warrington and required surgery last weekend; and young prop Alfie Sinclair.
