St.Helens take on Wakefield Trinity at the BrewDog Stadium this Saturday, 25th April, 2026 with kickoff scheduled for 5:30pm.
It promises to be an exciting contest under the light’s between two of Super League’s early pace-setters.
Both sides have made strong starts to the 2026 campaign, with Wakefield currently sitting second in the table and Saints just behind in third. A victory for Paul Rowley’s side would see them climb to at least second place, with the possibility of going top depending on results elsewhere.
Saints head into the contest in confident mood after a hard-fought 24-14 victory away at Hull FC last time out. A determined display at the MKM Stadium extended their winning run to three matches in all competitions.
Wakefield, meanwhile, arrive in impressive league form themselves. They have won their last five Super League fixtures, most recently bouncing back from Challenge Cup disappointment to claim a dominant 52-12 victory over Bradford Bulls at the DIY Kitchens Stadium.
With both teams in strong form and the table finely poised, all the ingredients are there for a high-quality, fiercely contested encounter.
