St Helens Women
14 | Paige Travis
Back Row, Prop, Centre
Born in Rochdale, Paige first joined the Red V after being spotted with Littleborough Rugby Union ahead of the 2019 season and made her debut in that campaign.
Following the restart of the Women’s Super League competition following the Covid-19 pandemic, Travis proved herself to be an important member of the Saints Women.
In 2021, Paige was part of the team that secured a historic treble of trophies winning the Betfred Women’s Super League, the BWSL League Leaders’ Shield, and the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup.
Travis played her role in our history-making Saints Women lifting the Challenge Cup four times in a row between 2021 and 2024; including the first Women’s Challenge Cup Final to be played at Wembley Stadium in 2023.
Her 2024 season was a memorable one with the Red V winning the Women’s Challenge Cup once again at Wembley, and earning the Women’s League Leaders’ Shield, but falling just short of another historic treble with a heartbreaking loss in the Grand Final.
A season playing in the NRLW with the Parramatta Eels saw her go and experience the Australian competition, and she made 11 appearances for the Eels.
Ahead of the 2026 Women’s Rugby League season, it was confirmed that Travis would be coming home to St.Helens, back to the Club where she made her name in Women’s Rugby League.
An established England international, Paige has represented her country at the 2022 Rugby League World Cup and in the 2025 international against Australia in Las Vegas.
Paige Travis is the Heritage Number 32 for the St Helens Women.
