St.Helens R.F.C. has made a considerable infrastructure investment by overhauling the access control system at The BrewDog Stadium.
The Club has replaced its existing turnstile technology with newer, state-of-the-art access control readers. This move is an upgrade from the previous, older system, and makes fan entry to the stadium significantly quicker and more efficient.
This upgrade has been made to prioritise reducing queue times and ensuring a smoother matchday experience for all supporters.
Fans entering the South East section of the stadium may have already noticed the difference as these new readers were trialled during the last two home fixtures of the 2025 Betfred Super League season against Wigan Warriors and Castleford Tigers.

Our turnstile operators and stewarding staff will be on hand to assist fans from the first fixture of the 2026 season.
St.Helens R.F.C. want to ensure that everyone who comes to enjoy game days at The BrewDog Stadium can do so in a safe and friendly environment.

Digital Tickets
Tickets can be purchased via the Saints’ ticketing website, and then directly added to a mobile wallet which can then be scanned at the turnstiles. Supporters will need to ensure they have their tickets ready prior to arrival.
Supporters who have purchased match tickets will receive an email from noreply@saintsrlfc.com, and within the email there will be a function to allow you to add the ticket to your mobile wallet. Alternatively, fans will be able to print off their ‘Print at Home’ Match ticket which which should be also be scannable at the turnstiles.
Any fans that are experiencing issues where they have not received the email containing your tickets, please check your junk/spam folder. On matchday please make sure that you have added your ticket to your wallet prior to arrival to avoid any connection issues.
If you have multiple tickets on a booking, you will need the lead booker to scan the number of people through the turnstiles.
