Nathan Mill

Head Physiotherapist

After completing his physiotherapy degree at the prestigious University of Manchester in 2003 Nathan went on to further his expertise in sports injuries and rehabilitation with various post graduate qualifications in Manual Therapy and Strength and Conditioning.

Recently, he graduated with an MRes (Master by Research) qualification through his work with St Helens and collaboration with Professor Craig Twist at Chester University.

Nathan started his journey in professional sport at St.Helens R.F.C. as an academy physiotherapist from 2003 to 2008. He moved on to work full time in Premiership Rugby Union before becoming the Head Physiotherapist at Huddersfield Giants, a position he held for three years. He then returned to St Helens in 2013 and enjoyed being part of the incredible 2014 campaign. Ultimately, he is passionate about delivering the best for the club where his career began and being part of the successful future of St.Helens R.F.C.

During his time working in rugby league Nathan has held the position of Head Physiotherapist at England Rugby League from 2011 to 2015, where he was responsible for the physiotherapy care of players in the Elite Squad including the World Cup in 2013, Four-Nations in Australia in 2014 and the successful series win Vs New Zealand in 2015.
