Tony Puletua joined Saints with a host of first grade experience and a big game performance to boot.

The massive strong running forward breaks defences with ease and has a tough, no nonsense tackling game that will be the envy of the rest of Super League.

He had an excellent 2009 scoring 14 tries – including four away at Castleford – proving to be a real crowd pleaser.

He can play either as prop or in the back row and will continue to be the hub of a pack that has real go forward.
