Leon has had a fruitful two years at Knowsley Road, reveling in a permanent role at stand-off.
His elusive running style, developed as a winger, makes him a potent attacker that has been showcased in consecutive Grand Finals, scoring the critical try in both 2005 – when he received the Harry Sunderland Trophy – and in 2006.
Pryce took his opportunity in Super League, and was voted Young Player of the Year by the Rugby League Writers in 1999 while also making his England debut against France.
The following season he played for Great Britain in the World Cup.
In 2005, he completed a career century of club and representative tries, of which 92 were for his previous club, Bradford Bulls.
From there he has continued to lead the way in the stand off position and was one of the outstanding performers in the Gillette Fusion Test Series against New Zealand in 2007.
