THE former Tesco site in St. Helens Town Centre is to be refurbished and site owners Tesco are negotiating with another company to open on the site.
Since the store closed to make way for the Tesco superstore next to Langtree Park the Council has been running the car park but due to the new development the car park will no longer be available for use by the public.
