More than 60,000 fans enjoyed a superb weekend of sporting action at Magic 2013, with an action packed programme of matches and entertainment for all the family.
The new tram link to Etihad Campus made access to the stadium even easier for many fans and the Fanzone was buzzing with activity including a whole range of fun challenges run by Super League partners including Heinz, Foxy Bingo, Brut, and Irn Bru.
Commenting on the weekend RFL Chief Executive Nigel Wood said: “Magic Weekend 2013 was a great success, showcasing the extraordinary sport of Rugby League to a wide audience, both at the games and on television. Once again the fans created a fantastic atmosphere, both inside and outside the stadium in the Fanzone, and I believe the whole sport can be rightly proud of the Magic Weekend.
