TOMMY Makinson and Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook took home the Player of the Month awards for June and July at the latest Saints Business Networking event in conjunction with Oval Insurance Broking Ltd.
They were given the accolades for their performances both on and off the field.
Delegates to the latest event heard from the State of Mind’s Dr Philip Cooper and former player Danny Sculthorpe.
They spoke about life in and out of rugby league and the campaign which aims to promote the awareness of mental issues.
