SAINTS first team squad were put through their paces at Altcar Training Camp this week.
Army Physical Training Instructors Sgt Chris Brand, Cpl Stevie Wicks and LCpl Sam Coleman led the gruelling session which involved several challenges and an assault course.
The training was made possible through the club’s link with Army Rugby League and WO1 Dave Williams and SSgt Andy Fyles from the team were on hand to offer advice.
The Saints would like to thank WO1 ‘Spud’ Williams REME, SSgt ‘Andy’ Fyles REME, Sgt ‘Chris’ Brand APTC, Cpl ‘Steve’ Wicks REME and LCpl ‘Sam’ Coleman RAC for their help and hospitality at Altcar.
