Saints Community Development Foundation would like to say a big thank you to everybody at Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA) in Prescot.
The company ran a week of fundraising for our current Guide Dog appeal including raffles with prizes donated by local businesses, cake sales and individual generous donations from John O’Hara and Alex Aresti.
Lee, Cheryl and Hayley from GDHA orchestrated the weeks fundraising which culminated in a visit from the Guide Dog’s charity.
All of the amazing efforts raised over £1600 for our Guide Dog Appeal.

“We would like to thank GDHA for their amazing work and helping fund raise over £1600 for our current Guide Dog Appeal, the money ensures that we are a step closer to helping those that require a guide dog in our very own community.
“I would also like to highlight the fantastic work that our current SCDF Ambassador for the blind and those effected by sepsis, Stuart Lanham is currently doing as he helps to make a positive difference within our community. Firstly, by getting in touch with brilliant companies such as GDHA.
