European Championship [second leg]: St. Helens 62-0 St. Gaudens at Knowsley Road.
The Saints inflicted a resounding defeat on the visitors, who were totally overwhelmed by some brilliant attacking rugby as we became European Champions. Kel Coslett gleefully showed the trophy to the fans at Knowsley Road – pictured.
