Saints Community Development Foundation will be bringing ‘Back Onside” to you on Facebook live TONIGHT!
Hosted by Saints’ very own Joe Batchelor, “Back Onside” is an exciting project for men aged 35-64 who haven’t exercised for a while and are looking to have fun and get fit.
Come and train with current and past players to help build your strength, stamina and fitness with other like minded men!
Sessions takes place every Wednesday at 6:30pm start and tonight’s session will be broadcast Live on SCDF’s Facebook page.
