The Club has released the following update in regard to match tickets following recent Government announcements:
As published at the beginning of September, whilst the Club is still working hard behind the scenes to manage the difficult situation in terms of having no matchday income, or any income from conferencing or hospitality, we are acutely aware that you, the fans, have so far played a massive part in helping keep the Club be in a position to spring back into action as soon as government guidelines allow.
Following the Government’s announcement of updated restrictions yesterday (Tuesday 22 September). If you currently hold individual match tickets for rearranged Saints home fixtures up until the end of October (detailed below) you are now eligible to refund or donate your ticket value, as the fixtures will now be played behind closed doors.
Rd. 16 – Home vs. Wakefield Trinity – Wednesday 14th October
Rd. 17 – Home vs. Leeds Rhinos – Friday 23rd October
Rd. 19 – Home vs. Wigan Warriors – 29/30 October
Your tickets still remain valid if they are for fixtures scheduled after the end of October (based on the rearranged fixture list), however if your tickets were for games that have already been played behind closed doors or removed from the fixture list, in addition to those above, then you can chose to donate that ticket/s back to the club if you can afford to do so. This would be an incredible reflection of your already resolute support for our Club and help us to maintain financial stability in this difficult period.
However, if you are not in a position to do this then please contact the Club on [email protected] with details of your purchased game that has been missed and we will process your request. Refunds will be processed during November.
Please be aware that the Club is still working with minimum resources and this may take a little longer to process than usual.
We thank you for your patience and support at this very difficult time for all.
