We can announce that we have moved back the 2021 Membership renewal window, which will now close at 5pm Friday 19th March.
This gives members the maximum amount of time before the commencement of the 2021 season to renew their Membership.
Following the Government’s announcement of the path out of the lockdown, we are aware that fans will likely have more behind closed door games within the fixture list (which will be published shortly)
Members who have yet to renewed for 2021 can still do so at the same prices as originally stated, with the refund for lost games then processed at a later date in line with our terms and conditions here. This is to ensure consistency of pricing and the administration around Memberships and refunds. We can reassure all Members that all games not played or played behind closed doors will be eligible for a full refund.
In the meantime we will publish details soon of how games behind closed doors can be streamed for free via the OurLeague app.
The Club’s dedicated ticketing hotline has now been extended to answer all of your 2021 Membership queries and renewals…
This service is now available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am-3pm (commencing from 15th Feb, until further notice) by calling 01744 455052 or Members can email [email protected] for queries and assistance.
A reminder of the info we published on 12th February:
There will be changes to the structure of the 2021 Betfred Super League season, which will now be played over 25 Rounds including the Magic Weekend. This will mean that the season will consist of 12 home matches rather than the 13 that was originally scheduled when Memberships were put on sale.
This means that 2021 Members will be automatically eligible for a refund for this lost fixture in addition to the Round 1 fixture vs. Salford Red Devils that will be played behind closed doors – two fixtures in total. This refund eligibility will also apply to any further home fixtures that are played behind closed doors after Round 1 in 2021, as stated in our terms and conditions here.
The Club will commence refunds for all 2021 Members for the first two lost fixtures from the 14th April.
Any subsequent games missed in addition to these two will be refunded at a later date that will be communicated once the total number of additional missed fixtures is known.
We would again like to thank all our loyal fans and Members for their support, patience and understanding at a time when the situation and the restrictions around the Pandemic are still changing, but are hopefully trending towards a timely return to fans at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
