Saints take on Salford Red Devils in Betfred Super League Round 6 back at our Totally Wicked Stadium (7.45pm) as up to 4,000 of our wonderful Saints fans return and you can read all of the pre match news below.
BACKGROUND…
For the first time in 14 months, up to 4,000 of our fans will return this evening as Saints look to make it six from six in Super League.
Saints face Richard Marshall’s Salford on the back of victories over Salford (in round one), Hull KR, Wakefield, Huddersfield and Leigh.
Salford on the other hand arrive into this game after a narrow 19-18 golden point defeat to Castleford in the Betfred Challenge Cup. In their five Super League games they have won one – against Leigh – and lost four, but in their defence they have had a tough start with games against Hull FC, Catalans, the Saints and Castleford.

FANS – GUIDANCE AND TESTING
FINALLY we can welcome up to 4,000 fans to the game on Monday. Please ONLY travel to the game if you were drawn out of the ballot and have received your ticket. You will not gain entry without a valid ticket. Please ensure you read our fan guidance below.
Please ensure your check your ticket for your turnstile entrance number and entry time as we aim to ensure all fans enter the stadium safely.
Fans are also being urged to add a symptom free test to their pre and post-match routines. Members who have been allocated a ticket for the match are being urged to take a symptom free test within 36 hours of attending to help reduce the risk of any potential spread of COVID-19. Two COVID-19 testing kits will also be given out to all fans at the end of the game, for testing to be completed at home on Wednesday 19 May (two days) and Saturday 22 May (five days) after match day.
