Match Preview: Wakefield vs Saints – Round 20

Saints are in Yorkshire on Sunday as we face Wakefield Trinity in Betfred Super League Round 20 with kick off at 3pm and we have all the pre-match information for you right here.

BACKGROUND…

It’s top vs bottom on Sunday at the Be Well Support Stadium as Saints travel to face Wakefield with kick off at 3pm. Trinity head into this one on the back of losing their last four Super League encounters. Their current run has seen them leapfrogged by Toulouse at the foot of the table.

Saints’ form however sees us head into this one on the back of two impressive wins, against Wigan at Magic Weekend and lately a 25-0 against-the-odds victory against Huddersfield. Our last defeat came on the road against Catalans Dragons.

Leeds Rhinos defeat against Toulouse last weekend cemented Kristian Woolf’s men in the 2022 playoffs, but the Saints are of course vying for that League Leaders’ Shield.
