From The Ground Comes Light Spectator Information

Safety Notice – It should be noted that the fireworks element of the event has been planned by a professional pyrotechnics company and the display is specifically designed to be witnessed by those ONLY within the stadium bowl. Members of the public intending to frequent the areas around the stadium in the hope of seeing the display will be disappointed and should not congregate in these areas.

Important information for attendees

Physical Tickets:
Please note: Access to the event can only be gained by a physical paper ticket. All pre-ordered tickets must be collected from the Ticket Office or Ticket Collection Point before entering the stadium.

The Ticket Office at the Totally Wicked Stadium is open 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. We strongly advise all ticket purchasers to collect their tickets in advance of the event as to prevent any queuing on the night.

On the day of the event, the Ticket Office will be open from 10am-4pm for collections and enquiries.

After this point, all remaining uncollected tickets will be available from the Ticket Collection Point, located to the left of the main reception.

Allocated Tickets and Seating:
Please be aware that the event is fully allocated and all attendees MUST sit in the seat printed on their physical tickets. Stewards will be on-hand to ensure attendees are seated in the correct areas.

Getting to the Stadium
The Totally Wicked Stadium is located between Liverpool & Manchester and is easily accessible from both the M62 (Junction 7) and M6 (Junction 24). From the M62 follow the A570 (St Helens Linkway) and from the M6 follow the A580 and you will see signs to TW Stadium or a Rugby ball. Alternatively use the postcode WA9 3AL on your Sat Nav.

By Train
The nearest train station is St Helens Central, which is less than a 15-minute walk from the Stadium, with frequent services running to and from Liverpool Lime Street, Wigan Northwestern & Preston. For the Manchester/Liverpool line please use Lea Green Station which is less than two miles away from the stadium. On the main line London/Glasgow the nearest stations are Warrington Bank Quay and Wigan Northwestern which are both approximately 9 miles from the Stadium. By Bus
Visitors can travel to Peasley Cross Lane using the below routes (The stop is directly outside the stadium). For journey times please call 0151 330 1000 or you can find full timetables by visiting arrivabus.co.uk or Merseytravel.gov.uk
17 (Widnes – St Helens), 28 (St Helens Circular), 30 (Chain Lane– St Helens – Sutton Manor), 32 (Clinkham Wood – St Helens – Sutton Manor), 32A (Clinkham Wood – St Helens – Clock Face), 35 (Gillars Green – St Helens – St Helens Junction).

Parking
There will NOT be any parking available at the Stadium site, with the exception of disabled patrons who have already pre-booked an accessible parking space in advance. For those attendees with pre-booked accessible parking, proof of eligibility and ID will need to be shown on entry to the car park. Please make use of the Local Authority Car Parks which will be open in and around the Town Centre.

Town Centre Parking

Free parking is available on Council-run car parks and pay and display bays.
The World of Glass car park close to the stadium is privately operated, so charges will apply.

Tickets

The event is fully SOLD OUT, no tickets will be available for purchase on the evening.

Food & Drink

Food and Drink will be available within the stadium and at a limited number of concessions outside the venue.

Please note food and drink bought outside of the stadium cannot be brought into the event.

Saints Superstore
The Club’s 2023 Home & Away kits will be launched at the event with the Saints Superstore also open before the event only, closing at 6pm.

Security Checks

Club stewards will check your bags and search you on your entry to the stadium. This is for everyone’s safety, and we ask that you remain patient and co-operate with our staff.

Prams and Buggies

Both will be accommodated and tagged. There will be ‘cloakroom’ style ticket with which to retrieve your item. Please note items are left at the owner’s risk.

No Smoking/Vaping

The Totally Wicked Stadium does not allow smoking, however vaping is allowed.

No re-entry

The stadium will be operating a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue you cannot exit and re-enter.

Payment Methods

The Totally Wicked Stadium is a FULLY cashless stadium, no cash can be accepted on any food or drink kiosks within the venue.

• Bags which are larger than A5 (small handbag) in size. Please note there will be no bag drop facilities at this event.
• Large Umbrellas
• An item that could be used as a weapon or compromise safety
• Airhorns or other loud instruments

Lost/Missing persons will be taken to the Red V Café situated within the South Stand near to main reception
