Last week Smyths Toys Superstore invited the Saints Community Development Foundation (SCDF) down to their St Helens store and donated over £1000 worth of toys for kids this Christmas!
SCDF would like to say a big thanks to Smyths Toys Superstore for their huge generosity in allowing the SCDF to attend their St Helens store and take back over £1000 worth of toys for free!
Phil Harris the store Operations Manager for Smyths Toys said: “We are delighted to be able to support this year’s Christmas Toy Appeal Campaign and were more than happy to donate to help the Saints Community Development Foundation support families this Christmas!”
Every one at the SCDF would like to thank Phil for his massive generosity and hope going forward this partnership will be on a long-term one.
Billy Dillon, who helped form the partnership added: “Particularly at Christmas time our ability to help the community is something we want to achieve and when you have the kind backing from such as prestigious companies like Smyths Toys Superstores shows how the community of St Helens can pull together to make such a difference in our own community.”
